Reformer Classes

Reformer Pilates

Head-to-toe workout for all. Think move, smile, tone, and strength. Exercises are taught in layers allowing you to choose your level of challenge. Expect to leave feeling stronger, longer, and empowered.

Reformer Pilates +

Like our Reformer class, but with a little bit of extra spice: a head-to-toe workout for all. Think move, smile, tone, and burn. Exercises are taught in layers allowing you to choose your level of challenge. 

Reformer Foundations

A class designed for function. A great choice for all but especially newbies, the balance challenged or those looking for something a little slower.

Suitable for all levels, remembering slower doesn't = easy!

Move & Lengthen

Our feel-good class, this stretch-style Reformer class brings your body into alignment by finding length and releasing tension, allowing you to let go. A class that helps you move your body and feel good for doing something for yourself.

Reformer Jump

Jump your way to that cardio fix in our fun, fast paced Jump Board class.  With minimal breaks and bursts of cardio, building long lean muscles, you can expect to leave this class with a warm glow (and smiling).

Pilates Beginners 60+

If you're new to pilates and 60+, this is the perfect class to build your confidence on the reformer. Taught at a slower pace focusing of functional movements to strengthen your body, improve your balance and co-ordination. 

Mat Classes

Mat Pilates

A mat class that includes a mixture of stretching and strengthening. Taught in layers, allowing you to choose your level of challenge. This class will build strength, coordination, and balance, improving functional movement patterns.

Balance and Functional Movement

Working on balance and the functional moverments we take for granted in our everyday life. A mixture of stretching and strengthening, with a special focus on balance, taught in layers, allowing you to choose your level of challenge.

1:1 Private Class

Our private sessions are intended to compliment our group pilates classes and dedicated to just you. Whether you’re just getting started, or simply want to focus on something specific, we can work together to achieve your goals.

Private Group Class

Book out the entire studio for a private group reformer class tailored  just to your group. Maybe your a group of friends, holding a work wellness event, throwing a party or a sports group looking for that competitive edge, this option is for you.

Yogalates

A fusion class of Yoga and Mat Pilates. You will begin with a yoga warm-up, followed by Pilates Mat, and finish with some yoga stretches. This class creates a balanced blend between two complementary disciplines - a must-try. 

Taught in levels to suit your body, beginners welcome.
